Service Agreement Thank you for renting from Donnie Dumps of SWFL, LLC. This service agreement is for the protection of both Donnie Dumps of SWFL, LLC. and our customers. Please read this entire document. We require a signed copy returned to us before a dumpster will be delivered. We thank you for your cooperation.

Dumpster Payment Method: A valid credit card is the required method of payment. All credit cards will be charged on the day of dumpster placement for the full rental fee. Charges will also be charged when a dumpster changeout is requested. Charges for overweight disposal will also be charged when applicable. Charges will reflect as ASI Materials, LLC., or Donnie Dumps of SWFL, LLC.

Dumpster Rental: Rental rate includes delivery fees, hauling fees, and disposal in the landfill. Dumpster rental is for 14 days which includes, 1 ton or 2000 pounds. Anything over 1 ton will be charged accordingly. An extra charge for every 7 additional days after the 14-day rental period will apply. A fee will apply when a dumpster is relocated. If the dumpster is overfull or inaccessible, labor charges to adjust uneven or unsafe loads will apply. Donnie Dumps requires a flat and level surface for dumpster placement.

Loading Level and Weight Instructions: Donnie Dumps customer is responsible for the filling of the dumpster and its contents. The dumpster must be loaded evenly and level. Nothing should extend higher than the side or top rails. Concrete, dirt, rocks, brick, asphalt, stucco, and other heavy inert materials may not be loaded any higher than 2’ above the bin floor or half dumpster full only. The maximum weight limit on all dumpsters to be hauled is 4,000 pounds. Overweight loads are dangerous and subject to be dumped and reloaded at the customer’s expense or be billed a surcharge.

Hard to Manage and Hazardous Materials: Donnie Dumps does not allow the following items to be placed in their dumpsters. No household trash, food, liquids, batteries, paint, toxic materials, oils, hazardous waste materials, explosives, and pressurized containers of any kind. Mattresses, couches, appliances, tires, televisions, computer monitors, white goods, asbestos, telephone poles, railroad tires, wood pilings, and agricultural waste are subject to additional charges at all local disposal facilities. Fees per item will be charged accordingly. Hand loading only. Please no loading with any type of tractor and No dumpster smashing allowed.
